Performance Training

Premium semi-private training designed for serious athletes. Combines strength, conditioning, and sport-specific development in a small group setting (4–8 athletes).

This program serves as a pathway into Personal Training and long-term athlete development.

PERFORMANCE & PHYSICAL THERAPY

Every athlete begins with a comprehensive baseline assessment and is re-tested every 4 weeks to track progress.

Using performance testing trusted by high-level programs, we measure strength, power, and speed to support performance development.

Each athlete receives a personalized Performance Report Card.

Physical Therapy Integration:

Supported by on-site Physical Therapy (Joey), including movement screening, injury prevention, and performance support.
