Earn Your Stripes (EYS) is a military-inspired fitness concept offering multi-format workouts with 3 programs: EYS FIT, EYS CORE, & EYS COMBAT. Powered by innovation utilizing the EYS app, members are given challenges each month to earn a series of badges, increase rank, and test their physical and mental fortitude.

Earn Your Stripes is a 45-minute full-body workout built to challenge, empower, and level you up — no matter where you’re starting.

This class is structured around four training buckets:

  • Strength — to build muscle
  • Endurance — to push past limits
  • Power — to move with intensity and speed
  • Functional — to train your body for real life

EYS Fit is scalable, intentional, and effective. It’s designed for all fitness levels and built to last.

Eys core

EYS Core is a 50-minute, low-intensity, high-output workout focused on building strength from the inside out.

This three-station format targets core stability, balance, and functional movement patterns to develop total-body strength rooted in a strong foundation.

EYS Core is perfect for all levels looking to improve posture, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall performance — one rep at a time.

Eys combat

EYS Combat is a 60-minute, three-station hybrid program that delivers 12 rounds of high-intensity training—both on and off the aqua bag.

You'll rotate through 2-round sets, switching between explosive boxing combinations and total-body floor work.

EYS Combat blends cardio, coordination, and full-body strength in a fast-paced format that builds grit, endurance, and knockout power.

Fort Athletic Club Exclusive

FORT BOXING CLUB

This 50–60 minute boxing class features 12 rounds of intense, straight boxing, designed to improve technique, endurance, and overall boxing skills.

Each round focuses on a specific aspect of the sport, from footwork and punch form to defensive movements and ring strategy.

Participants will learn and practice key drills, including shadowboxing, heavy bag work, and pad work, all while refining their understanding of the art of boxing.

This class is perfect for all levels, combining skill-building with a high-intensity workout.

Senior Commanders

This 60-minute circuit training session is designed for men and women 55+ who want to challenge themselves, build strength, and stay active.

Led by Tim Harris, our Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, this class delivers a full-body, circuit style workout that will challenge you while helping you work around injuries and limitations safely and effectively.

You will move through four stations focused on strength, cardio, core, and balance, with programming that keeps you strong, mobile, and energized. Expect to break a sweat, build confidence, and leave feeling accomplished!
