Tim brings a wealth of life experience and passion to his Personal Training. A husband of 40 years, father, grandfather, and retired pastor, Tim began his second career as a personal trainer after personally experiencing the life-changing benefits of focusing on a healthy lifestyle. Over the past decade, he has seen firsthand how strength training, cardio, and nutrition can enhance energy, support recovery and keep him active with his children and grandchildren.
Tim is dedicated to helping others experience the same vitality and confidence that comes from consistent training and healthy living. His coaching philosophy centers on four pillars: health, fitness, strength, and vitality – helping each of his clients achieve their goals and live the kind of life they know they were made to live!
