With a dynamic background as an actor, singer, dancer, gymnast, and black belt in Tae Kwon Do, she brings a unique perspective to training—emphasizing movement quality, technique, and a fun, high-energy approach. Her experience in the performing arts has fueled her focus on proper technique and injury prevention, ensuring every client gets the most out of their workout while moving pain-free.

As a Personal Trainer, Katie specializes in Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss, helping her clients overcome plateaus, build strength, and reach their fitness goals in a sustainable, motivating way. Her mission is to help individuals fall in love with the process of becoming their healthiest, strongest selves.
